3) DO NOW: Read Handout about Persuasive Letter, while SUB is taking attendance (5 min)

4) IN CLASS Discuss the key parts of a persuasive letter -SEE SAMPLE ON BACK. Discuss and clarify any questions. (10 MIN)

5) Begin writing letter. You may use dictionary and thesaurus. (30 MIN)
